差壓式液位計(jì)廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、冶金、電力、食品、造紙、醫(yī)藥、紡織等工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程檢測控制系統(tǒng)中，檢測液體差壓、表壓、絕壓，以及開口或密閉容器內(nèi)液體的液位。該產(chǎn)品將被測信號轉(zhuǎn)換成4～20mADC輸出信號（智能型可帶Hart協(xié)議通訊），與其他單元組合儀表或工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)配合，組成檢測、記錄、控制等工業(yè)自動化系統(tǒng)。

　　差壓式液位計(jì)減少誤差方法:

 

　　Differential pressure level gauge reduces error method:

 

　　1.導(dǎo)壓管應(yīng)盡可能短些;

 

　　1.The pressure guiding tube should be as short as possible;

 

　　2.當(dāng)測量液體或蒸汽時，導(dǎo)壓管應(yīng)向上連接到流程工藝管道，其斜度應(yīng)不小于1/12;

 

　　2.When measuring liquid or steam,the pressure guiding tube should be connected upward to the process pipeline,and its slope should not be less than 1/12;

 

　　3.對于氣體測量時，導(dǎo)壓管應(yīng)向下連接到流程工藝管道，其斜度應(yīng)不小于1/12;

 

　　3.For gas measurement,the pressure guiding tube should be connected downward to the process pipeline,and its slope should not be less than 1/12;

 

　　4.液體導(dǎo)壓管道的布設(shè)要避免出現(xiàn)高點(diǎn)，氣體導(dǎo)壓管的布設(shè)要避免出現(xiàn)低點(diǎn);

 

　　4.The arrangement of liquid pressure guiding pipes should avoid high points,and the arrangement of gas pressure guiding pipes should avoid low points;

 

　　5.兩導(dǎo)壓管應(yīng)保持相同的溫度;

 

　　5.The two pressure guiding tubes should maintain the same temperature;

 

　　6.為避免磨擦影響，導(dǎo)壓管的口徑應(yīng)足夠大;

　　7.充滿液體的導(dǎo)壓管中應(yīng)無氣體存在;

 

　　7.There should be no gas in the pressure pipe filled with liquid;

 

　　8.當(dāng)使用隔離液時，兩邊導(dǎo)壓管的液位要相同。
